The following individuals have been vetted by Finksburg Baseball and are our preferred individuals for private training.
Jeffrey Snider
Jeffrey is the son of Sam Snider, Orioles Coach for 27 years. He is a Finksburg Lions Alum, 2019 All-MIAA Team at Loyola Blakefield, played college ball at Bridgewater College from 2020-2024. He was a starter for the 2024 season batting .314 with a fielding percentage of .925. He was third Team All-ODAC, became the program's career leader in stolen bases (64) and walks (115), set single season records in walks (38), first on the team in runs scored with 52 and tied for the lead in home runs with five, tallied four runs scored in two games this season (Gettysburg and Mary Baldwin).
Chris Wooden
Coach Chris Wooden brings over 22 years of baseball coaching experience to the field, offering expert instruction for players of all ages and skill levels. As a former varsity head coach and director of recruiting, Coach Chris has a proven track record of developing talent at the high school level. He has also coached multiple age groups at the 10U-14U travel team level.

- Level 2 Certified Interscholastic Coach through the National Federation of State High School Associations
Chris combines technical expertise with a deep passion for teaching the game. His specialties include pitching and hitting, and his coaching philosophy is rooted in developing well-rounded athletes by focusing on fundamental skill development and helping athletes reach their full potential through individual lessons.
