Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Finksburg Travel Baseball

No refunds

Annual Sam Snider Summer Camp

100% if canceled more than 45 days before the camp start date 50% if canceled more than 30 days before the camp start date 25% if canceled more than 15 days before the camp start date No refunds if canceled within 15 days of the camp start date Should Finksburg Baseball need to cancel the program, your registration is 100% refunded.

Spring Baseball Skills Clinics

Amounts collected for this program are a donation to the Roaring Run Lions Club. Accordingly, we will not be offering refunds for this program. The Roaring Run Lions Club is a 501(c)(3) qualified nonprofit organization. Donations for this program may be tax-deductible; consult with your tax advisor. Finksburg Baseball is also a 501(c)(3) qualified nonprofit organization.

WINTER CLINICS

If you are unable to attend both sessions, please let us know by February 15, 2024 and we will refund your registration.

If you have concerns about registration or your ability to commit for the season, please reach out to our Recreational Program Director Kevin Sherfey (ksherfey5@gmail.com) before completing your registration. Our general refund policy is: 100% 30 days before practices begin, 50% up until practices begin, and 0% once practices have begun. Special accommodations will be considered on an individual basis.
